My name is Ashley Langford and I’m an award-winning documentary wedding photographer for f8studio in Dallas, Texas. This is my side project.
I started photographing birth stories in 2008 when a former bride and groom contacted me about photographing the birth of their son. Two years later, I photographed the birth of their daughter. After that, I started photographing births for their friends and eventually couples I’d never met. I love the storytelling aspect of birth photography and the opportunity it gives me to do true documentary work.
I’m a father to three daughters and two sons. My wife and I have been married thirteen years and we live outside of Dallas, Texas.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, cooking, tennis, fishing, and CrossFit.
