This past weekend we headed over to Piazza in the Village in Colleyville, Texas to photograph Brittany and John’s wedding. It was a gorgeous day for a wedding….there wasn’t a single cloud in the sky! We have had the privilege of getting to know Brittany and her family pretty well over the past few years. She was the maid of honor in her sister, Merideth’s wedding, who is a former client of ours. It is such a nice feeling to know a family so well, and to be greeted by hugs from the bride’s parents. John had a few surprises up his sleeve for Brittany, including a choreographed dance that he performed for her, as well as singing his karoke version of Kesha’s Tick Tock. We had a blast, and we are so happy for Brittany and John! Congratulations to you both!

Kerri and I met up with Rynnetta and Slade in San Augustine, Texas for a ceremony at First United Methodist Church. We love East Texas. The tall pine trees that line the highway are beautiful. After the ceremony, we headed 30 minutes back West to the reception at the Hotel Fredonia in Nacogdoches, Texas.
